About

This modern hotel delivers spacious suites with separate living areas, perfect for families who need room to spread out after long days on the trails. Each suite includes a comfortable seating area and desk space, giving you actual room to relax rather than just crash on the bed.

Stunning Views and Outdoor Amenities

The real draw here is the setting. The lobby showcases beautiful Zion Canyon views, but the outdoor patio takes it up a notch. You can watch the sunset from the fireplace area (a nice touch for cooler evenings).

The outdoor pool and hot tub provide a perfect way to unwind after hiking Emerald Pools or tackling Angels Landing.

Breakfast and Location

The included breakfast covers the basics well with hot options like scrambled eggs and waffles alongside fresh fruit and quality coffee. It gets busy during peak season, but there's enough variety to fuel up before heading into the park.

Location-wise, you're right in Springdale, which means you're minutes from the Zion Canyon Visitor Center and the park shuttle. The hotel itself is new and well-maintained, with quiet rooms that actually let you sleep soundly. No balconies in the main rooms, but the shared outdoor spaces more than make up for it with those canyon views and the communal firepit area.

~ The family had a great stay here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Excellent lemonade and ice water bar in the lobby. We had a great view outside the window of our room. ~ Cons: A/C was very loud. Had to turn it off to go to sleep. The refrigerator/microwave & coffee area needs lighting. It was extremely dark, even with all the lights on.

Nice little hotel, friendly staff and location was good with a walking distance to near by restaurants. Room was good, clean and conformable but the door to our room was not sealed therefore could hear everyone that walked down the hallway, the ice machine (that was at least 30 feet away from our room) and the neighboring doors opening and closing at all hours of the night. Nice hotel but if you are a light sleeper or choose to sleep in, this is not the hotel for you (lesson learned). Room was located near the middle area where there is a small outdoor seating balcony for everyone to enjoy, unfortunately you could hear the door opening and closing from our room and could also hear the people enjoying the balcony loudly from inside our room.

Excellent stay — beautiful hotel, great value and perfect location We’re a French family of five with three children, and we had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Springdale Zion National Park. The location is perfect, right in Springdale and very close to the shuttle stop to the Visitor Center and Zion National Park — super convenient. The hotel and room are beautiful, modern, and very clean. We had a very large room — one of the most spacious we had during our trip — with comfortable beds and everything you need. The coffee setup is the typical American style (no Nespresso), but overall very well equipped. The property itself is really nice, with a lovely pool and a great terrace with sofas — quite a chic atmosphere for this type of hotel. Breakfast is a real plus: much better than what you usually find in US hotels. There’s a wide selection (eggs, waffles, coffee, juice, etc.), and the breakfast room has large windows with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. Overall, an excellent experience with a great quality/price ratio (around €250/night for a family of five). We highly recommend it!

Fantastic locations to Zion National Park! We arrived about an hour early and Kia was able to get us checked in. She was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time there. Breakfast is actually good with plenty of options to choose from. Thank you Kia for making our stay a great one!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this property while visiting Zion National Park. We got 2 rooms, each with 2 queen beds and a large couch. It allowed us to spread out and take midday breaks when needed. The breakfast staff worked hard each morning to serve hundreds of guests during the busy week in July. Their wonderful service is only matched by the incredible view at the back of the hotel. We had some issues at checkout with parking fees that were incorrectly put on our rooms and those errors took a couple of attempts to correct. Other than this snafu, everything about this SpringHill Suites was great!
