The food here is beautifully presented, and the staff are very friendly. I visited during a holiday and arrived quite late, so the wait was a bit long. However, the surroundings of the restaurant are lovely, which made the wait more enjoyable.

I meant to leave a review sooner after the dinner at Anu in April 2025, but life carried me away and today even after almost a year, I still want to do it because the dinner experience there was THAT wonderful. Set in a beautiful lot surrounded by the rocky mountain of Zion park, the restaurant was spacious, higher ceiling, soft & inviting lighting and decor, tables are spaced generously, leather chairs were comfortable, and most of all the food was top-notch. We could tell by the first bite that this restaurant was exceptional. I am jealous that I did not get this level of food back home in Boston (not that I tried all of the restaurants)!! Either we walked into it without knowing this was a michelin-starred restaurant, or maybe the standard in Utah is much higher. If you're in the area, it is a MUST go. Enjoy!

Service was great. The food is ok, but pricey but good. The burger was dry, dont order it, but beside that the food was nice

We visited this restaurant to have a nice dinner after hiking in Zion. The food was amazing, especially the risotto. We also tried one of the Utah wines they had available as well as the Pinot Grigio and they were great. The restaurant is within a hotel and although we did not see the mountains as it was at night, you can see them if you go during the day. The service was okay, attentive, and quick. It was strange that I was only given just a bit of ketchup for my fries in a small cup considering the fries size. I was also not given a knife to cut the burger and needed to ask for it, which is fine, but I found it interesting. This place is a solid 3.5 - 4/5. I recommend it for a good lunch to see the mountains, but if you go at night you won’t see much through the window.
