The worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. Also, it’s ridiculously pricing.

Traditional Chinese dishes served in a casual family-friendly setting
Bamboo Chinese Restaurant offers standard American-Chinese cuisine in the heart of Springdale, serving lunch and dinner to visitors exploring Zion National Park. The menu features familiar dishes like orange chicken, sweet and sour combinations, and vegetable stir-fries, with vegetarian options available throughout.
Located in Zion's primary gateway town, the restaurant provides a convenient dining option for those seeking a break from typical tourist fare. The establishment offers both dine-in service and takeout, though availability may vary during peak times. The dining room accommodates families and groups, with wheelchair accessibility throughout the space.
Recent visitor experiences have been mixed, with concerns raised about:
Food quality and temperature issues
Service consistency challenges
Cleanliness standards
Understaffing during busy periods
The restaurant appears to struggle with maintaining consistent quality during high-traffic tourist seasons.
For travelers staying in Springdale, Bamboo represents one of the limited Asian dining options near the park entrance. Those with flexible schedules might consider visiting during off-peak hours for potentially better service. Given the mixed reviews, visitors may want to explore other Springdale dining options or consider this primarily as a quick takeout choice when other restaurants have long waits.

Been waiting about 15 minutes to get seated. Food is okay. The worst thing is gross toilet. Especially you can’t flushing the toilet, and it smells.

Food was okay. Service was not too good. Server was in a rush throughout.

Filthy dirty. I feel sick. There wasn’t even a way to flush the toilet. Iv never seen any place to dirty and I’m 74. Do not go. Anyone giving good reviews must be their friends. This place is no good

I should have gone to Panda Express. Place was cold, would not recommend to go eat after hiking. Portions were extremely small for a Chinese restaurant. The orange chicken was cold when it came out and the other dishes were just okay. Avoid unless you are starving and can just eat anything. Paid close to $70 just for 3 small plates.
