I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was not only spotless and well-maintained but also smelled fresh and pleasant, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and inviting from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel offered great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.

Great value for the price! The room was clean, and both checkin and checkout staffs I met were very nice. I was impressed by how gracefully and professionally they handled difficult guests without a trace of confrontation or dismissiveness, while keeping their patience. The small talk was enjoyable too. I got to know Hurricane a bit. Kudos to the team here!

We loved our stay at My Place! Dara was so very kind and helpful and made us smile seriously every time we saw her! The proximity to Zion National Park one way and St. George the other way was prime. The room was perfect. Having a fridge and freezer was so nice, especially in addition to the microwave and stovetop, you never find that at hotels! And it made it so much easier to plan our own meals for the week. The hot tub was great for the cooler weather we experienced. Excellent price too! Thank you My Place!

Very well appointed and reasonably priced hotel in the Zion Park area. A little farther drive than I expected, though I like that it's away from the crowds and affordable. My room featured a full kitchen with refrigerator, great shower, excellent bed, free Wi-Fi, plenty of parking out front, and quiet. The location is convenient to stores, restaurants and fuel stations. Check in was very friendly (with a smile!) and easily handled. Wish I remembered the receptionist's name, she was a gem.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, and the biggest reason was the incredible front desk service — especially Dana. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She made check-in smooth and stress-free, answered every question with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the guest experience, but Dana clearly does. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made a big difference in my stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but outstanding customer service like this is what really sets a place apart. If management is reading this — Dana is a major asset to your team. I would absolutely stay here again.
