Not sure how this restaurant has a 4.5 rating. Only 1/2 of the order was edible. If you come here plan on finding another place to eat. Nothing like paying twice for dinner. Paid $60 for extremly overcooked food that had to be thrown away.

We have a place near Zion and have eaten here at least 5 times since it’s opening. Always fresh, hot and delish! My favorite is the bar of fresh veg, sauces and spices. So incredibly good!! Don't miss this one :)

The customer service was amazing! The salsas were nice, and the food portions were extremely generous. However… the food had no flavor. The beans tasted like reconstituted ones, store bought tortillas. The rice had no flavor, salt and pepper couldn’t save it. I wanted to like it more than I did, but, couldn’t. And the price was on the higher end for this type of food. Would I recommend? Nah. Sorry. To the girl at the register - you’re cool, and are the reason I didn’t rate this place a 1 star.

Adelita’s Mexican Food is an absolute gem in Hurricane. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and the comforting aroma of fresh, homemade dishes. The Tuesday Special (Beef Tacos) was flavourful, vibrant, and clearly made with care. Whether you’re fueling up before a day of exploring or winding down after an adventure, Adelita’s hits the spot. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and consistently delicious plates make it a must-visit. If you’re in Hurricane and craving authentic, satisfying Mexican food, this is the place.

We stopped here for lunch last year and loved it so we made a stop this year too during our Utah trip. The fish tacos , quesadillas and enchiladas were delicious. Love their salsa bar which has a great variety of salsas from mild to spicy flavors. Not a very fancy place but great food.
