Absolutely terrible experience at Zion Inn. This hotel should be avoided at all costs. We booked a room with the understanding that payment would be made at the hotel during check-in, yet the staff repeatedly threatened to cancel our reservation unless we provided our credit card details in advance. The receptionist/manager Rana was shockingly rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of helping guests, he spoke in a hostile and disrespectful manner that made the entire experience stressful from the start. When we finally arrived, the situation only got worse. The room was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests checked out. There was dust, dirty surfaces, stained bedding, and the bathroom looked unhygienic. It genuinely felt like basic housekeeping had been ignored altogether. The hotel overall is extremely poorly maintained and disorganized. The hallways and common areas looked messy, the atmosphere felt chaotic, and customer service was nonexistent. Staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues and acted as though guests were a burden rather than customers. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Unprofessional management, dirty rooms, misleading booking practices, and terrible customer treatment. Completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

This place would have negative stars if google let me, and not even sure where to start with this absolute dump of a hotel. Maybe start with the fact the cleaning lady STOLE something from our room and owners took absolutely no accountability for this action, and infact they tried to blame the situation on us when the cleaning lady came in during the day when we were not there. We have proof that she came in. There is 0 signs to inform them we do not want room service. After this incident, we told them we did not want them in the room, and they still came in here. The air conditioner is obnoxiously loud and the rooms are something else. Dirty, trim carpet is falling off the walls, paint is peeling, toilet runs all night and there is absolute lack of a table or anything to set your bags on. The beds are completely warn out and are literally shaped like a taco. Lack of attention to detail really shows because the light over the sink has 3 different colors. This place looks like its never been cleaned. When we first walked in the room, the bathroom had hairballs on the floor, and everything just looks dirty. Some rooms look like they have been broken into, and the door in our room looked less then safe. So please, spend your money elsewhere before something gets stolen.

If my next hotel hadn’t been even worse, I would have given this one a lower rating. The staff was rude and seemed really bothered by their job. The room wasn’t very clean, and part of the bathtub was broken.

Horrible. I've been here for like 1 hour and it's is horrible already. I read a thing that the bed bugs here but I checked and there was none thankfully. But still my mom took a shower and the water was going freezing and then extremely hot. There are stains on the BRAND NEW towels and the floor? No. It's dirty, sticky, and gross. I have to wear Crocs everywhere around it because it's so dirty. The mirror has stains, and much more stuff I will probly run out of room to type, don't recommend.
