About

The Desert Pearl Inn sits right along the Virgin River, where you can watch the water flow past from your private balcony. Every room comes with a full kitchenette (plates, mugs, silverware, the works) and plenty of space to spread out. The River's Edge Suites are the move here if you want extra room and those prime river views.

Perfect Location

You're walking distance to everything in Springdale. The shuttle to Zion stops right at the hotel entrance, so you can skip the parking hassles entirely. After a day on the trails, the pool and hot tub hit the spot. The gift shop covers any forgotten essentials.

What Makes It Great

The housekeeping team keeps everything spotless, and the kitchenettes make it easy to prep breakfast or pack trail snacks. Families appreciate the space and the ability to eat in when needed. The location puts you in Springdale while still feeling tucked away by the river.

Why Stay Here

This is Springdale's go-to choice for visitors who want contemporary comfort with that riverside setting. The combination of location, amenities, and those Virgin River views makes it a solid base for exploring Zion Canyon.

We LOVED our stay at Desert Pearl Inn!!! We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of a 2 week long road trip around Utah. We stayed at 4 other hotels and this was by far our favorite. We booked the Riverside Suite to have extra space since we were traveling with a child. It was definetly worth every penny! The room was so spacious, it felt like an apartrment, not a hotel room. My daughter said the pull out was the most comfortable one shes ever slept on. The kitchenette had everything we needed to do minor cooking like toasting bagels, making pizza and re-heating left overs. The balcony was the my favorite part. It overlooked the Virgin river and the Zion canyons, just like the pictures online. The bus stop for Zion was right outside the hotel, so getting to the park was super easy. The parking situation at the visitor center was insanity so I'm glad the shuttle was so easy to use. Springdale itself was a really cute town. I can't wait to visit again and if we do we will be staying at the Desert Pearl again.

Hands down the best place to stay in Springdale. Wonderful rooms with well appointed furnishing, bathrooms, and kitchenette.Beautiful pool and hot tub. Riverfront is wonderful. I stayed in a Riverfront double queen room with my family of 5 and we had plenty of room. The couch was more of a daybed for my third child - very comfortable for sleeping (better than a fold out couch).

Clean, beautiful, and spacious rooms. Super helpful staff. The layout of the buildings has a warm, welcoming, neighborhood feel to it. Located right outside of the park entrance, this inn has gorgeous views, particularly from the pool area. There offer 20% off at the onsite e-bikes, but they booked up quickly, so we ended up going to Greater Zion E-bikes, which was also ran by very helpful people with top-notch gear. The Zion shuttle stops right in front of the inn. The inn also has the virgin river running through the rear, I definitely recommend a riverside room for the views and the sounds of the river. Would 10/10 stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family traveling to Zion.

We had the double queen room with a river view and it was lovely for our girls trip (4 people)! Picturesque view of Zion, the Virgin River, the nature around the hotel. Very nice private balcony off our room. Room itself was spacious, beautiful and simple design, great kitchenette feature. The beds were so comfortable, we all slept great. Loved all the natural light! Really nice pool and hot tub areas. Plenty of room for all of us/our belongings, spacious bathroom. Able to park right outside by the stairs up to our second floor room. Staff was very friendly. Less than 15 minute walk to the entrance of Zion and right in the heart of Springdale - we enjoyed walking around the town from here easily. We loved it and we are already hoping to come back someday!

We love everything about the Desert Pearl! It truly is a calm, serene oasis. We've stayed there twice and each time was great. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. You can get pool or river views from your room. We love walking right out of our room to the beautiful pool. The rock views are beautiful, too. There is a restaurant with good food on site as well as Utah E-bike Adventures, which makes renting a bike super easy and convenient (if you visit Zion, rent an ebike - best tip I have - you wont regret it). Deer often wander through the property, which are fun to watch. The staff and service was also excellent. We would definitely come back again and again!
