Great location, spacious condo for 6 people. We loved the pool and basketball hoop. Definitely great bang for your buck here.

Spacious suites with full kitchens, pools, hot tubs, and resort amenities for extended stays.
Coral Springs Resort offers apartment-style suites that work well for families and groups staying multiple nights in Hurricane. Each unit comes with a full kitchen, separate bedrooms, and living areas that give you room to spread out. The resort setup means you're not cramped into a standard hotel room.
The property features multiple pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and tennis courts. Many units include private patios, some with grills for cooking out. The entertainment areas near the pool provide gathering spaces beyond your suite.
Hurricane puts you about 20 minutes from Zion's main entrance, with Sand Hollow State Park even closer for water activities. The location works as a base camp for exploring southern Utah's outdoor attractions while having space to relax between adventures.
The suites vary in layout and floor assignment. Some are on upper floors (elevator access varies), while others offer ground-level convenience. Kitchen amenities and living space make this a practical choice when you want more than a basic hotel room for your southern Utah stay.

We have come for family vacations here loads of times. The location is pretty convenient given proximity to the freeway. The balcony view on the freeway side of the building is quite pretty. The pool and other amenities are awesome, and the rooms are so spacious and relaxing. Great place to unwind.

Our experience was disappointing due to poor communication and inflexible guest policies. During our stay, we reached out to the resort and never received a response, despite using the contact method provided. We also know for a fact that our unit was not rented the night following our departure, as the resort offered us a discounted rate to extend our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay longer. However, when we requested a later checkout (before noon), we were told it would cost an additional $50, which felt unreasonable under the circumstances. Guests should also be aware that keypad access is deactivated at 10:00 a.m., meaning you will not be able to re-enter the unit after that time, even if you are in the middle of packing or loading your vehicle. For a resort at this price point, I would expect more flexibility and significantly better communication. These issues ultimately overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.

The only reason we booked here was for the "rooftop jacuzzi" for our boys after a sports tournament. There was no rooftop jacuzzi. The place was filthy, so gross in fact, I didn't let my boys sit on the couch (plus is was broken down on one side). The master bathroom still had urine all around the floor and the smell was horrendous. Not to mention the smell of sewage that wakes you up in the night. The beds didn't have bed skirts and exposed dirty box springs. The "fancy" pillows on the bed looked as though they have never been cleaned. We stayed cliff side in 9A. They did give us a 10% discount after I showed them pics of the filth and missing hot tub, but it was not 10% of the stay so I'm not sure what their 10% is. For a resort and resort pricing, we were really disappointed. The boys did enjoy the basketball court and outside pool. We will not be returning. If you're a traveler who likes things clean and tidy, I wouldn't recommend.

Amazing first trip loved how beautiful the view and property are. Loved the unit beautiful 2 couples visiting with new baby and old dogs, they all had fun. Gorgeous pool area, HUGE entertainment room near the pool. We had a private patio with a nice grill. You will LOVE this place! Really nice soaps, shampoo and conditioner in case you forget. Washer and dryer and they had pods to use. First trip in 4 years totally worth it.
