This 9-hole course carves through St. George's signature red rock landscape, offering some of the most photogenic golf in southern Utah. The front three holes are particularly striking, with fairways that wind between towering sandstone formations. You'll use every club in your bag on the varied terrain, and the well-maintained greens add just enough challenge with their rolling contours.

The course stays walkable throughout, making it perfect for a quick round without the cart fees. Rock hazards add an interesting twist (and occasionally send balls flying in unexpected directions). The pace stays relaxed, and you can typically finish in under three hours.

What sets Dixie Red Hills apart is the value. While other St. George courses command premium prices, this one delivers beautiful desert golf at reasonable rates. The pro shop staff keeps things friendly and low-key, and the course conditions stay consistently good.

It's about 45 minutes from Zion's main entrance, making it a nice addition to a southern Utah trip. After days of hiking red rock canyons, swinging through them offers a completely different perspective on the same stunning geology.

Had a great time at the course for the most part. Fun and quick 9 hole, not too challenging but does have some challenging parts. Very decently priced especially for St George golf. Hitting the rocks makes it real fun since your ball goes FLYING. The course is very walkable and is what I did. We did get stuck behind a group so play was a little slow. Driving range was good too. I did get yelled at for hitting off the grass though. They had signs out that were all conveniently turned around when I rolled up to the driving range so I saw none of them except for the "Sand for divots". During getting yelled at I even grabbed one and turned it around and said "Oh there it is". Marshall kind of got a kick out of that and eased up on me. The one sign in the window when you rolled up to the shop was behind tinted glass and I was wearing sunglasses so I didn't see that one either. Anyways it was good for a quick round in St George! I'll return and definitely pay attention to the signs. Sorry about the driving range divots but I did fill them with sand!

This is going to be my go to place for a quick 9 from now on when I’m in St George. It’s a beautiful little course that has a challenging layout and greens. Putting into the grain is slow, but with the grain is extremely quick. I love that kind of a challenge on the greens. Multi tiered greens, doglegs, well placed bunkers… makes it interesting. The conditions were great when I was there. From the tees to the greens, the turf was in excellent condition. Can’t wait to come back.

I’ve played 5 courses so far in St George and this was was by far my favorite. Even though it’s only a 9 hole course the first three holes were stunningly beautiful. I can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful course with well kept greens, fairways, and tee boxes. The greens are quite wavy and a little tough to putt on but I found myself using all my clubs and having a lot of fun. People in the pro shop were nice as well. All for a very reasonable price compared to other courses nearby.
