We had such an incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing, and you can truly tell how much passion goes into every dish. Chef Imi made the night unforgettable. He walked around the restaurant the entire evening, checking on every table and making everyone feel so welcome. He was genuinely one of the kindest, most personable chefs we’ve ever met. When he found out we were recently engaged, he surprised me with a beautiful rose, which was such a thoughtful gesture that we’ll never forget. His talent, hospitality, and attention to every guest are what make this place so special. We honestly can’t wait to come back every year just to see him again! A big thank you to our waiter, Yair, as well. He was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service all night. Amazing food, amazing people, and an experience we’ll always remember. Highly recommend!

It’s been awhile since I’ve had such an amazing all around experience. Not only was the food amazing but our server Justin was top notch. You can tell he really knew his stuff and he really cared about making sure we were well taken care of. Food delicious and it was nice to be personally greeted by the chef. We’ll definitely be back again!

Had the opportunity to dine at the Cosmopolitan Grill in St George Utah the last 2 nights. Both meals were incredible. My server tonight was Austin. He did a fantastic job of being attentive and making sure I was taken care of. Chef Imi is a genius when it comes to food. The sea bass was amazing and the sticky toffee was incredible! Awesome dining experience!

We stopped in late on a Monday night as we were passing through St. George. We were warmly greeted and seated. The menu is exactly "Cosmopolitan" with worldly influences and variety. Drinks were visually appealing and delicious! The food was really great. We started with burrata which was perfectly light and creamy. For entrees we had schnitzel and grilled chicken and both were superb! I would definitely recommend. And if you haven't been inside the building in any of its previous iterations, you will marvel at the exposed true log construction! Food, drink and construction trifecta ; )
