Despite the other reviews, I had zero issues renting from here. Pickup was quick, and while no one was at the counter when I dropped the car off, the rental was closed out without any problem.

Would give lower rating if I can. Need help for road side assistance. Called Hertz service center, they arranged switching car at this location. When we arrived, there are people working but was told they cannot service us because the airport is closed but there are people here flying in and there are other rental companies open. Super mad cause we are on a spare tire and there’s no other location that’s close. Super bad customer service, cause they told us you can drive this. Hertz should close this location cause it’s damaging their reputing.

Honestly, I have never had a seamless experience with renting cars from other locations but I have to say that Joel at you St. George Airport location was INCREDIBLY helpful and efficient. I made an error in my own reservation and he was able to fix it on the spot and sent me on my way. He’s a pro!
