Stayed one night in our Class A Tiffin towing an enclosed car trailer. Easy access to I 15 through 1 roundabout. Nicely landscaped well maintained sites are groomed gravel nice less heat than pavement. The sewer hookup is close to the entrance end of the lot fortunately I carry extra hose. The wall and hotel lessened the noise from I15 with the AC on we didn’t hear any noise - we stayed in July. They have nice comfort station with a dog wash bathrooms are modern and clean. There is a nice pool, dog park, they pick up trash but the dumpster was close to us so I carried it myself. The office sells t shirts extra and dog boots, ice.

We just wrapped up a little over a month at Settlers Point RV Resort, and I can honestly say this is the nicest RV resort we’ve stayed at—by far. The management team truly sets this place apart. Angie, the manager, is fantastic—super friendly, funny, and incredibly on top of things. We really appreciated how she stayed connected with guests through regular texts and emails, keeping everyone informed and engaged without it ever feeling overwhelming. The grounds are spotless and clearly very well cared for. One thing that really stood out (and something we’ve never seen anywhere else) is that staff come by every morning to pick up garbage right from the end of your site. That level of service is rare—most places only do weekly pickup. They offer a great mix of activities for both kids and adults, which adds a lot to the overall experience. The resort does have rules, but they’re enforced in such a respectful and friendly way that it never feels restrictive—just well-managed. We also made great use of the two pickleball courts, which were excellent. It’s not often you find true pickleball court surfaces at RV resorts, so that was a huge bonus for us. Even the clubhouse and common areas are beautifully done—tasteful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Honestly, we have zero complaints. This place exceeded our expectations in every way—not only would we gladly stay here again, but we’re already planning a return to this gem later this year.

If you’re like me, and skip reading 5star reviews… this is for you! Top notch staff, location and amenities. Gets pretty warm in the summer months but otherwise this has been my favorite stay in the 6yrs of full-time travel. Staff is amazing and their activities keep everyone busy if that’s your thing. Plenty of washer/dryers, super clean showers, community area is comfortable and welcoming. Add this one to your favorites list Does not disappoint!

I have stayed here several times due to it's location and facilities. Last week I stayed here for a little rest after driving from San Diego on the 4th of July. I got there in the early afternoon and decided to hit the pool since it was still over 100 outside. My wife and I hung out at the pool for a while and needed to use the restroom. I could see people inside the office and they could see me try to open the locked door, but never once asked if there was an issue. It was well within the posted office hours, but the employees decided to hold a little private party. That was unfortunate, especially with the level of service that I normally get there.

We stayed for a week end of may begin of June. Super friendly staff, excellent location, lots of amenities snd 10+ for bathhouses. Unfortunately we didn't get to participate in amenities or popcycle social or s'mores social as we were in town to help friends who just moved to Washington Utah. Great shopping snd restuarants close by. We enjoyed riggazi pizza, cliffside and several other local eateries. We def plan on coming back. Very quiet in park even though many guests
