What an absolute joke? I booked a reservation for a rental car So I would have a car spend all over the country. The last two weeks I've been in Florida. I've been in Georgia. I've been in Phoenix. I've been in Las Vegas. Nobody's had a problem with my I. D whether I'm renting a car or flying through TSA no problems. I get here to budget, and their automated system can't seem to be able to scan my I. D properly, and so they left me high and dry. There's no other cars to rent here at the airport. And it's in a desert area where there's no buses or walking from the airport, it's literally 15 miles from the city. I went to enterprise, had them. Check my ID and if they actually had rental cars, they could rent to me. Budget has a car rented reserved in my name. But because of this I d situation, there's no other way around. It but me taking a taxi, absolute ridiculous

The car was clean and worked great throughout out trip. The check-in was somewhat slow. There was only one person in front of us but we had to wait about 20 minutes or more before we could be served after arrival at the airport. The return process is efficient and easy if you're familiar with the facility. Initially there was nobody at the counter when we returned, despite it being during business hours. I had to return to the car to get the required information, but then a clerk was available to assist when I went back to the counter. It's probably easy and efficient for those who are familiar with this airport but it was somewhat confusing for a first-time renter at this facility. Use the gas station that's in the airport to fill up before returning the vehicle. We weren't able to find any gas stations nearby but the self-serve pumps in the airport are easy and the prices are competitive.

Very rude staff at the airport. The person checking my car back in had no idea what she was doing, and I was charged an extra $800. Now I'm stuck trying to get that fixed via an 800 number that is horrible. When I try to call the local number (for another issue, lost and found), they don't answer and send you immediately to, again, the useless 800 number. Next time, I'll go the extra $100 and use Enterprise. Never have had an issue with them.

I was provided a newer car but when I picked it up it was covered in dirt. I have noticed the saint george location always gives me dirty cars not sure why. The inside and outside are often dirty, food spills, covered in dirt. Would recommend they improve their cleaning function and training for the vehicles and inspect them prior to renting to customers.
