When it comes to location, this place is hard to beat. Just about a mile from the entrance to Zion National Park, with the shuttle bus stop right out front—making it incredibly easy to get in and out of the park without moving your rig. That prime location does come with trade-offs. The sites are tight—RV after RV—so don’t expect much space unless you opt for one of the premium riverside spots. What it lacks in space, it makes up for in convenience. The on-site store is excellent, stocked with both RV essentials and groceries. There are also restaurants within walking distance, which is a huge plus after a long day exploring. Showers are available, with a token system that provides each person one 6-minute hot shower per day—quick but effective. The laundry room is clean with plenty of machines, making it easy to keep up with things on the road. Overall, this is all about location and convenience—a solid basecamp for exploring Zion.

Perfect RV resort for Zion trip This was our first RV trip, and we had a great experience at this RV resort. The location is very convenient, with a shuttle to Zion Park right at the entrance and several restaurants within walking distance. The best feature for us was the river stream behind the resort, with nice spots to sit by the shore—we spent almost half a day there just relaxing. The only small downside was the 6-minute shower limit. It’s manageable, but having two per day would be even better. Overall, all 7 families in our group had a wonderful time, and we would definitely recommend this place!

A fun, very well-run park at the entrance to Zion. I can't help but blanch at paying $125/night for an RV spot, but as I've been told "Location. Location. Location" To be able to pull the ebikes off the back of the Sprinter and cruise into the park and have the complete run of the road (cars not allowed, just the shuttle buses) is heavenly. The most unharried and beautiful time I've had at a National Park since visiting Yosemite during the pandemic. And on an 88º+ day the pool is great and the Co- campers fun and engaging. A great experience overall.

Stayed here one night because couldn't get a reservation at the adjacent Zion NP Watchman campground during March. Surprisingly chill place with incredible views of mountains and perched on the banks of the beautiful Virgin River. Quiet and peaceful despite being a tightly packed RV + campground. Showers are restricted to 6 minutes on tokens which run contiguously (i.e. no pause). Bathrooms were not terribly clean but serviceable. For campervans, full service(*) on each site which is advantageous over the restricted campgrounds inside the NP during winter/spring (*dump+fresh water+electric+firepit+picnic table)

We had a great stay! The park was quiet, we had an awesome spot right on the river, the restrooms and showers were decent, and the pool was nice (although pretty dirty) after a long day of hiking. The only downside was the rangers, who were more like mall cops. One came up to us after 10 PM saying it was quiet hours and that our kid was being annoying because he had his headlamp on while walking to the restroom. Nobody around us seemed bothered, and it felt like an unnecessary interaction that kind of killed the vibe.
