Fabulous location to the main entrance of Zion! You can easily hike to the entrance, use the town bus system, or e-bike. The hotel is beautiful and kept up very well! The sunset just from the parking lot was beautiful! The room was super clean and a very welcome site after hiking all day at Zion. I would 100% come back!

Literally do not book here. They totally skipped our room for cleaning / service (despite us being out of the room by the morning), no fresh towels, they didn’t step even a single foot in our room. We get back at 11pm go to the front desk and they say they “should’ve” cleaned our room and said they will give us free $20 free parking to make up for it despite paying $500 a night. So many nicer hotels w better service

As a travel advisor, I do not plan on recommending this property to any clients. Our feather free room request was ignored, leading us to strip the bed ourselves at 11 PM and waiting on all new bedding for an hour. My husband killed three roaches in the room and there was hair all over the bathroom that had not been cleaned. Pretty shameful conditions considering the amount you charge per night. My husband let the staff know when checking out and the staff member could not have cared less and did not apologize for any of the difficulty. Now we are concerned we brought roaches home with us…

Our stay at Red Cliffs Lodge in Zion has been exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out—Jofren at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional, making sure everything about our stay was seamless. The hotel itself is fantastic. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning red rock views that capture the beauty of Zion from every angle. Waking up to those dramatic cliffs and wide-open desert landscapes is something you don’t forget. Between the warm service, the comfortable accommodations, and the unbeatable scenery, this is truly a special place to stay when visiting Zion. The web rates this a 3 star, probably because it's got the motel outdoor entry scheme, and no elevators to the second floors, but the grounds, aesthetic exterior appeal, room quality definitely make this a 4 star. Classy lobby and solicitous staff add to the appeal. Great pool area.
