GREAT experience, the rooms were clean and well decorated and very quiet. The location is perfect, just minutes from Zion park, walking distance to a grocery store, cafes, coffee and gift shops. The views from the courtyard are stunning!! The check in and check out was easy. I can't recommend this place enough, it was a lovely stay. Tip: take the time to walk up to the hot tub, even if you aren't planning to use it. The VIEWS!!

Red Rock Inn in Springdale is a fantastic, quiet little spot made up of individual cottages right in the heart of the action. The views of the Zion red rocks are absolutely stunning, and you'll often see deer wandering right through the grounds. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. It's incredibly walkable, close to the Zion park entrance, and the town shuttle stop, supermarket, and e-bike rentals are literally right across the street. A huge perk: instead of a boring, standard lobby breakfast, they give you vouchers for Oscar’s Café nearby. Guests rave about this—think massive breakfast burritos and Belgian waffles to fuel your hikes. The cottages themselves are spacious, sparkling clean, and have great AC and comfy beds. The Only Catch: The only real downside—which they don't make very clear in their description—is the hot tub situation. There is only ONE hot tub, and it’s a shared, communal amenity for the whole property. So, if you were hoping for a private, romantic post-hike soak attached to your own room, just know you’ll likely be sharing the water with other guests. Aside from that, it’s a pretty perfect basecamp for exploring Zion!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most amazing stay at Red Rock Inn literally ADORABLE in every way ❤️ From the moment we arrived, everything felt so immaculate, cozy, and welcoming… truly like a little home away from home. The attention to detail is unreal, and the whole property has such a peaceful, relaxing vibe. One of our favorite parts was how close it is to Zion just a quick bike ride away, which made exploring so easy and fun 🚴♀️ And the jacuzzi… WOW 🤍 soaking with those red rock mountain views and complete privacy was absolutely unreal. It doesn’t get better than that. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, perfectly located stay near Zion with incredible views and the best atmosphere, this is it. We will 100% be back!

Listed as a 2 star inn? ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!! This is a 10 Stars inn!!!! The rooms are comfortable and upscale decorated. There is a ceiling fan, jacuzzi/shower bath tub and the other usual amenities. The landscaping is awesome! There’s a fire pit with bench seating and a gas grill with table and chairs. You won’t find this at any other lodging in Springdale, UT! Located near Interstate 15 on edge of town. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL for a party of 2!!!!

Kind of a weird experience. The room wasn't bad in itself and was rather cute but tight. We liked the breakfast vouchers. We didn't care for the self check-in as it was done by just leaving the key in an unlocked room. This did not make us feel very safe walking in. The lock on the door itself also felt flimsy and there was not a deadbolt. The office hours seemed to be sporadic. It was the off season so we kind of get it. Our main complaint about our room was the amount of light that came in. We were in the Subway which is next to the office and the lights were directly next to our windows. Even with the blinds fully closed our room was bright. The blinds also did nothing to block the sun in the morning. Also, parking was a pain.
