Excellent stay near Zion – highly recommended!
I had a really great experience here and ended up staying twice within a short time during my visits to Zion National Park.
The location is fantastic—very close to Zion and significantly more affordable than most accommodations closer to the park.
The gentleman at the check-in desk was one of the friendliest people I met during my entire trip, which made a great first impression.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, modern, and well equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, a large TV, and a proper desk for working or planning your next day.
Even a simple breakfast is included in the price, which adds great value.
Overall, a fantastic stay and absolutely highly recommended!
We made a last minute reservation for one room with 1 big bed. The bed and the pillows we’re perfect. The AC is a bit loud, but worked perfectly, as did the big fridge.
The bathroom was clean and had everything you need, such as towels, shampoos and hair dryer.
The breakfast was simple yet complete.
The host was very friendly and welcoming.
10/10 would recommend!
Toilet had a orangeish brownish stain around the water line that could easily be fixed with cleaning chemicals, place stinks and major cleanliness concerns that feel like a potential biohazard for anyone nearby. Other than that everything was fine, breakfast was fine and room was nice and cold with AC. Staff was respectful and friendly. Just the place was definitely dirty and could use some work but for being an old building it served its purpose. I do hope though that maybe there can be an increase of sanitization and room service and maybe better training on being more thorough with it. Oh and I heard from some other people there were some security concerns, I did feel like having a scanner at every entrance for guests to use their room keys with would solve that but I didn't reslly have any personal concerns with it. I do also think an elevator for the second floor would be nice but it wasn't necessary for me also given the age of the establishment, you can't be too upset about not having much newer technology. Anyway, overall it was okay but it would be significantly better if cleanliness was top priority as it is with customer service.
We had a great stay at the Ramada by Wyndham in La Verkin. The front desk gentleman was incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived late for check-in, and he still made the process easy and welcoming. What really stood out was that he woke up early to put breakfast out for us before our hike, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service like that makes a huge difference. Thank you for helping make our trip to Zion even better!
Excellent stay from start to finish! The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well maintained. The room had all the essential amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and reliable Wi-Fi, making the stay very convenient.
The complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a nice variety of options to start the day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, safe, and relaxing. Great value for the price—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
