This recently renovated resort sits right on Springdale's shuttle line. You'll have direct access to Zion's front door. The rooms range from one-bedroom condos to three-bedroom villas. All units have full kitchens with thoughtful details (yes, even Ziploc bags). Most units come with private hot tubs on the patios. They're perfect for soaking after a day on the trails.

Stunning Mountain Views

The mountain views steal the show here. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the red rock formations. The views are especially dramatic from the west-facing units. There, you'll catch the evening light painting the cliffs. The interiors feel fresh and modern without being sterile. Think clean lines, quality finishes, and everything you'd want in a temporary home base.

Perfect for Families

Families love the space to spread out. The three-bedroom villas can easily handle multiple families. The kitchens are big enough for actual meal prep. Plus, the living areas give everyone room to gather. Key amenities for families:

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 4 nights as we visited the area. It’s a newer property and the staff is kind, and the facilities are in tiptop shape. We stayed in a 2br/1bath villa (207C) and it was quiet and perfect location. We originally booked two other luxury hotels in Springdale but after reading their reviews I was concerned about it live/loud music from nearby restaurants/bars; so we cancelled those reservations and booked at Montclair and it was very quiet with no noise. The walls, floors, and doors are actually very thick and solid. We had neighbors on every side and never heard anyone. The rooms had pretty good blackout shades which suited us staying on eastern time zone and going to bed early and waking up before sunrise. The beds were comfortable (would rate those a 8 out of 10, pillows a 6/7 out of 10). All the kitchen amenities were in great shape and cabinets/drawers nicely labeled. Washer and dryer were high quality LG and very quiet when in use. We had a lot of luggage and gear so it was a little tight of space for the 4 of us, and would like liked having luggage racks for our suitcases, hopefully they can add some luggage racks in the future. We added an extra night to our stay and would definitely stay here again! Our kids enjoyed the pool and the rooms and entire facilities were very clean. Thank you!

Our stay at The Montclair went above & beyond our expectations. We booked there for our 10th wedding anniversary trip while we enjoyed Mt. Zion for 4 nights. Our villa was beautiful! The views of the pool and canyons from our deck were incredible!! Cameron at the front desk was kind and very helpful regarding all of our questions and inquiries. We would highly recommend the Montclair to family & friends! In fact, we plan to come back again in the future with our family! We LOVED everything about our stay! So grateful for the memories made here while visiting Mt. Zion and staying in such a beautiful Villa.

This place is top - shelf! The accomodations are new and spotless. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is comfortable and clean. The views of the surrounding mountains are mesmerizing.... Every team member I interacted with went above and beyond. I am not a tech person, but had no problems with the no contact check-in process. There is a shuttle stop right across the street for Zion NP or you can drive in a few minutes. Pride of ownership stands out here and we will definitely be back!

What can I say this place was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and we loved it!!! From the minute we walked in, it was spotless had everything we needed and more the beds were extremely comfortable super clean linen just overall beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi as well the view was amazing!!! This is definitely our spot every time we visit Zion. Location is everything!!! Super happy with our stay my wife wants to make this our home away from home

Stayed for 2 nights for our Zion trip and the Montclair was incredible. We wanted to stay in the villa just as much as we wanted to explore. We will absolutely be back! Very nice and very clean space. So many amenities and the full washer and dryer was so nice to have. Definitely recommend
