Great hotel. Nice clean room. Patio had nice view of mountains and pool. Pool is cooled and refreshing. Staff is friendly. Used refrigerator to store breakfast in room so we could leave early and make first bus out at Zion. We drove to Zion each day because we could leave early and stop for lunch on way back. Local small grocery store, Sol Foods, is great too. Oscars cafe and Hangry Goat BBQ were two of our favorite restaurants.

Our first time in Zion. We chose this hotel because it felt like it had more of an adult vibe. The check in was great. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. We had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on even though it was very hot. I wish the doors leading to the balcony had a sheer curtain as well as the main curtain. We were on the second floor but it was more three stories after the first set of steps from the parking lot. Although it is one of the furthest hotels from the Zion visitor center it was a quick drive to there. The restaurant was down but that’s ok. There was plenty to dine in at town.

The hot tub is fantastic! Amazing location and views, but know you are a little further away from Zion. However, the hotel shuttle starts at the Hotel, so not that big of a deal. Rooms are spacious and clean. Room service was good and timely. Front desk was helpful in suggesting activity options. Would be nice if they offered more vegetarian options for breakfast. Deducted a star because there was a mix up with extending our reservation to another night and we ended up getting locked out of the room. The front desk provided a room rate that was significantly higher than what I booked at. I showed them my reservation confirmation and the front desk fixed it. But I expected the issue to not occur as I was assured on the night of the check in that the reservations were linked up.

Can't say enough positive about this property, location or staff. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Rooms were top quality, beds amazing and vibe on point. Traveling to Zion with family of 4 (2 tall teen boys) and when booking through Hilton we were told we could have a rollaway bed for one of the kids. They do not have them and said they weren't sure why Hilton kept saying they did. Ben at desk was all over it before we arrived and even hooked us up with the room next door at a discount for the kiddos. We had a suite and the balcony views each morning and night were amazing. Room was fantastic, location was great, especially with the Springdale shuttle system or walking in to town and easy access to Zion park each day. 10/10 would stay again.

I had a fantastic experience at hotel de novo! It was so peaceful, the staff was lovely, and the rooms were beautiful with fantastic views. The restaurant at the hotel (Anu) had great food and drinks as well. The hotel is located right across the street from the last bus stop to take into the park. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a good stay!
