You're positioned on the southern end of Springdale, which puts you slightly farther from the park entrance than some properties but still within easy reach of everything. The town shuttle stops nearby, or you can rent e-bikes from local outfitters to cruise around town.

The trade-off for the extra few minutes to the park entrance is more space, privacy, and that coveted parking spot.

I booked a room here through Booking.com for a specific trip where we are driving across multiple states just to stay at this property. Three full days after my booking was confirmed and my itinerary was set, the hotel messaged me to cancel, citing a vague 'system error' and claiming they could not honor the booking. Mistakes happen, but waiting three days to notify a guest is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. By the time they bothered to tell me, other options were booked up or more expensive. Worse, their communication was dismissive, just a casual 'sorry' with zero effort to help fix the situation or offer an alternative. If you are planning a trip and need a guaranteed place to stay, look elsewhere. You cannot trust that your 'confirmed' reservation here actually exists, and they clearly do not care if you are left stranded. Proceed with extreme caution.

We loved our stay here. The check in and out process were seamless. The room was clean and well appointed. The location of the bungalows is somewhat on the southern end of Springdale relative to the park entrance, but the town shuttle is available and we chose to rent e-bikes from the outfitters a couple hundred yards up the road (we visited during the summer when most of the park is limited to shuttle service, bikes, or walking). One oddity about our specific room (Sage) is that it did not have a closet, but did have bars in the bedroom with hangers. This is a complete nitpick, not at all a deal breaker. We plan to be back next year.

A modern bungalow in a wonderful location with all the amenities you need. Walking distance to everything plus we could ride our bikes into the park.

Location is great. Very convenient to all Springdale locations/restaurants/services and just a few minutes from the Zion National Park entrance. Love: Parking directly by our door. Ease of checkin and checkout. Very clean and well kept. Excellent amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, mints++ Modern decor. Great view. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Definitely would recommend and would return again. Could improve: Bed is very low to the floor. Metal Toilet dispenser catches your skin because it sticks out by the toilet. Please add some decaf coffee to the pods.
