About

Canyon Coffee delivers exactly what Zion adventurers need: expertly crafted espresso drinks, creative seasonal lattes, and fresh breakfast fare in a cozy setting with knockout views. This small Springdale cafe has earned a devoted following for specialty drinks like the Dubai Chocolate Latte and French Toast Latte, alongside classics done right. The avocado toast and other light bites provide the perfect fuel before hitting the trails.

The real draw here is the outdoor seating area, where red rock vistas create an unforgettable backdrop for morning coffee. Located just minutes from Zion's entrance, the cafe sits perfectly positioned for pre-hike caffeine runs or afternoon pick-me-ups after a day in the canyons. The intimate space fills quickly, especially during peak season, and wait times can stretch during the morning rush.

Despite its small footprint, Canyon Coffee manages to offer something for everyone, from dairy-free options to creative seasonal specials. The paid parking lot offers convenience for shop patrons. While service can slow during busy periods, most visitors find the combination of quality coffee, fresh food, and those incredible views worth any wait. For many Zion travelers, a stop here becomes a cherished part of their park experience.

When they ask you how you like the matcha sweetened you know it’s going to good and not pre made. I got an iced almond milk matcha sweetened with honey 🍯. My husband got the iced honey cinnamon latte. Both drink were so yummy. This place has the views but they only have outdoor seating and it gets HOT! It was 103 degrees so it’s more of a grab and go kind of place. I wish it was more of a sit and stay place because the location is great.

I went here because I was influenced by Instagram reels; apparently this place has the best coffee views in the state, and maybe in all of the US. I believe you can access it from stop 2 or 3 from the Springdale shuttle bus line. It’s undoubtedly popular, with a long line up when I came. I got the honey cinnamon latte and the lavender maple latte, each for 7.95 USD before taxes; the flavours sounded interesting, which was why I purchased 2, but I instantly regretted it. This was possibly the worst coffee I’ve had in my life; it basically tasted like water with a slight cheap coffee taste / flavour. Literally horrible. The lavender drink at least tasted better than the cinnamon one because you can taste some lavender flavour, but that’s the only reason. Insanely expensive price for basically water. McDonald’s 1 CAD coffee tastes better than this. At least I can say I’ve been here and got to see some nice views, but it’s not worth it. Nice views are everywhere in Springdale, and you can get it for free just walking down the street — and it’s the exact same view you would have at this coffee shop anyways.

Crazy busy, I waited 20+ to order and get my coffee. All seating it’s outside and not shaded. How can you enjoy a coffee out on Utah s scorching sun? The coffee was delicious and strong - I got the one with honey and lavender. It just blows my mind to pay $10 for a cup of 16oz

YUM! The views near this place were insane and made the experience even better. I got a salted caramel latte with salted caramel cold foam and it was probably one of the best coffees I’ve had! Definitely recommend!!

Stopped by Canyon Coffee in Zion National Park and ordered the iced Vanilla Caramel Latte—it was absolutely delicious! The coffee had the perfect balance of vanilla, caramel, and espresso, making it refreshing and flavorful. What made the experience even better was the incredible view while enjoying it. Great coffee, beautiful scenery, and a perfect stop during a visit to Zion. Highly recommend!
