About

Zion Wildflower Resort brings together the charm of the Old West with modern glamping comfort. You can sleep in a covered wagon that rocks gently in the breeze. Or stretch out in a spacious Grand Mesa safari tent. Maybe cozy up in a tiny house. Each accommodation comes with comfortable beds, climate control, and front porches with rocking chairs. Watch the sunset paint the red rocks from your own private perch.

Location and Accessibility

The resort sits in Virgin, about 15 minutes from Springdale and the park entrance. It's close enough to make multiple trips into Zion easy. Yet it's far enough out to feel truly disconnected from the crowds. The property welcomes families and dogs, with plenty of space for kids to explore and pets to roam.

Resort Amenities

Evenings center around the communal fire pit where complimentary s'mores bring guests together. Key amenities include:

  • Pool and hot tub for unwinding after long hikes

  • Small coffee shop in the lobby for morning fuel

  • Luxury bathhouse that keeps things civilized while maintaining that glamping adventure feel

The experience strikes a nice balance between novelty and comfort. You get the fun of sleeping in a covered wagon or safari tent without sacrificing a good night's rest. It's particularly great for families wanting something more memorable than a standard hotel room. The dog-friendly policy means the whole pack can join the adventure.

We had such a great family trip at Wildflower Resort in Zion. The resort was unique, clean, fun, and honestly way cleaner than I expected. The staff was very, very nice and made the stay even better. There were so many fun activities, and the whole place had such a nostalgic feel to it. One of our favorite parts was watching the stars at night. It was beautiful and something we will definitely remember. The only small downsides were that the hot tub was a little dirty, and the shower water was cold, but overall we still had an amazing experience. We loved it. 20 out of 10. Such a fun and memorable family trip.

We loved our stay at Wildflower! We stayed in the covered wagon for 3 nights and it was lovely! The cabin is so cute and has a queen bed and bunk beds where our kids slept, they loved it too! It also has AC which is needed in the heat. You get your own bath house which is a slight walk to. We’re campers so didn’t mind, as this was definitely glamping! The staff were incredibly friendly. They have a cafe, grilling area and you can borrow all grill utensils, paper plates, and silverware. The pool area is also lovely with shaded day beds available. The location and scenery is the best part. The entire resort is so adorable, and the mountains/mesas surrounding make it absolutely beautiful. It’s about a 15 minute drive to Zion visitor center. Will absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the Zion area, and will stay there again if we’re ever back in the area!

We stayed here while visiting Zion. It was about a 15 minute drive. It was a great way to be a little closer to nature in the evenings after being in the park all day. And the sunset views from the pool were very relaxing. The only change I would ask for is to turn off some of the lights in the communal areas at night. They have a great property for star gazing if it was a little darker

We stayed in a tent for one night and absolutely loved it! Super cool experience. The tent was very cozy and modern, and the bed super comfortable. The view from the tent was stunning! There’s a large grill area where you can cook in the evening— just bring your own food, drinks, and snacks!☺️ The location is great, only about 20 minutes from Zion National Park, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Being able to park right next to the tent was a big plus, too. We’d definitely stay here again. A fun and unique experience!☺️⭐️

We had an excellent stay at Zion Wildflower Resort. It’s a really unique and comfortable way to stay while on a road trip, especially for a family. The two-queen tents were perfect for us. With a group of seven, we booked two units, and it worked out great. The setup gave us enough space while still keeping that outdoor, adventure feel. The pool was a big highlight in the evenings—our kids loved it. The hot tub was also a great touch, especially after long days of hiking and driving. You can hear some highway traffic early in the evening, but it quieted down noticeably after about 10:30 PM and didn’t affect our sleep. Overall, the units strike a solid balance between modern amenities and a unique outdoor experience. It’s a great option if you want something different from a standard hotel while exploring Zion.
