About

Balcony One brings an unexpected culinary gem to the small town of Virgin. Mediterranean flavors blend seamlessly with American classics here. The restaurant has earned a devoted following among locals and travelers alike. Its diverse menu ranges from perfectly grilled steaks and tender ribs to authentic spanakopita and house-made hummus.

The kitchen's versatility shines through in every dish. Diners can opt for a traditional pork chop. Or they can venture into the flaky phyllo layers of Greek pastries. The combination plates offer an ideal way to sample multiple flavors. Meanwhile, the dessert menu provides a sweet finish that keeps guests planning their next visit. Balcony One uses quality ingredients and careful preparation. As a result, the restaurant consistently delivers meals that surprise and delight.

Located in Virgin, just minutes from Zion National Park's western entrance, the restaurant serves as an ideal dinner spot. Travelers staying in the area love it. Additionally, those seeking an alternative to Springdale's busier dining scene find refuge here. The moderately priced menu makes it accessible for families and groups. Furthermore, the warm service creates an atmosphere where guests feel genuinely welcomed. For visitors exploring Zion and the surrounding region, Balcony One offers something special. They discover flavors they might not expect to find in southern Utah's red rock country.

For the price, food was less than average. I got lobster ravioli for $34. let alone the small portion, but it was so salty I gotta mix it with the salad and and gulped down with water. The pasta with ground beef was so so. My daughter only ate less than half and said, the one at home is way better. The House salad was my favorite. Probably, the locals like that or are used to it. We were passing by on our way to Zion NP and stopped as this restaurant was recommended. Sorry, I cannot recommend it.

Moved out here from Huntington Beach, California a year ago. First time I visited balcony one, their menu is phenomenal with many gluten-free options.. I wanted to try everything on the menu but I ended up going with the roasted salmon. Can't wait to try it again! 😋

Unfortunately when we arrived a few minutes prior to our reservation the power there, and much of the county had just gone out. However the manager allowed us to be seated and order from a very limited menu, the owner stopped by the table and explained the situation very clearly and the server was the best. Despite the staff having a major curve ball thrown their way the way they handled everything was absolutely flawless. The food they were able to serve was all wonderfully prepared and the bar served fantastic drinks that weren't overly strong. We are going to try to go back before our time in Utah is up, however if we can't, I still couldn't recommend this place enough.
