About

This isn't your typical glampground. White Bison offers something genuinely different: cliff dwelling units carved into red rock formations, complete with rooftop patios, private hot tubs, and unobstructed views of the night sky. The teepees provide another unique option, spacious and romantic with dedicated outdoor areas perfect for couples looking to disconnect.

Cliff Dwelling Amenities

Each cliff dwelling comes fully equipped with:

  • Full kitchen and BBQ grill

  • Rooftop hot tub that becomes your private observatory once the sun sets

  • Everything you need for an extended stay

Staff keeps the grills clean and kitchens well-stocked, plus they'll send you off with local dining recommendations and a complimentary backpack.

RV Sites and Resort Features

Traditional RV sites don't get forgotten here either. Concrete pads accommodate rigs of all sizes with full hookups (20, 30, and 50 amp service). Each site includes generous grassy areas, picnic tables, and propane fire pits.

The resort also features communal pools and hot tubs that stay warm year-round.

Perfect Location

Located in Virgin, you're perfectly positioned between Zion's main canyon and Kolob Canyon, with easy access to both sections of the park. The peaceful setting makes this an ideal base camp for families or couples wanting something more memorable than a standard hotel room.

The combination of unique accommodations and modern amenities creates an experience that guests consistently call a trip highlight.

We were very fortunate to stay at Zion White Bixon Glamping and RV Resort with our 35' fifth wheel. Access to the resort is very easy in and out. The park itself is really new and well taken care of and it shows. They had the nicest showers and restroom at the pool area that I have ever seen. There is an adult side and a family side to the resort too which helps with noise which worked perfect for leaving our pups in the camper, A/C on, and the shades pulled while exploring Zion which was not very far at all. Everyone was very nice at the resort both working there and staying. The laundry facility was excellent and helped me keep up with all of it while onsite before leaving. The pool was refreshing and the hot tubs were hot! The bison were quite cool to see and we were able to see a baby that had just been born the day before we got there. I would definitely stay at this park again and recommend it to others.

Quick summary: just book it. Long summary: Traveled with a friend. We were not expecting anything fancy, nor run down. We were surprised on the quality of the Super Wagon we stayed at. Clean/comfy beds, well-ventilated, AC worked well, good pressure on shower. Perfect size for a solo/duo/small family travelers. Had an outdoor kitchen that was well-shaded, had everything you needed (pan, grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with ice). Had a hot tub that was perfect after a day of hiking. The wagons are close by, however, I thought there was enough privacy for it not to feel too crowded. Location is perfect if visiting Zion National Park (about a 15min drive, but there are free shuttles to go there if you want to do that). There is a gas station right outside the resort. But there is also a mercantile store within the resort that has everything you need. Bottom line, exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

We just stayed in the Anne Oakley for 4 nights. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was equipped with everything needed! The hot tub was perfect after hikes in Zion! Fire pit for s’mores was perfect as well. We also used the shuttle into Zion one of our days and it too was perfect! I would definitely stay again if coming back to this area.

Вот более естественный и теплый отзыв на английском: Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! The glamping experience was so unique, beautiful, and incredibly cozy at the same time. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay both comfortable and relaxing. Receiving a backpack as a gift was such a lovely surprise and a wonderful touch. One of the most magical moments was lying in the hot tub at night, gazing at the breathtaking star-filled sky. It was truly unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway!

We stayed on a covered wagon and we had the best time! Our covered wagon and kitchen was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. All amenities (pool, laundry, etc.) were so nice and staff and maintenance was only a text away if we needed anything! Taking the shuttle from Zion White Bison into Springdale was amazing and so easy. Highly recommend!
