We had such an incredible stay at Hank’s place! It was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, and honestly, we don’t know how we could ever top this trip. The home itself was beautifully decorated and so comfortable; it felt like a true home away from home. Hank was a fantastic host!He is attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is unbeatable. There are so many amazing local hikes right in the Kolob Terrace area that we barely felt the need to leave the property at all! But when we did want to head into the park, the convenience of being just 25 minutes from the main gate was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Hank was a wonderful host! He not only sent me detailed information prior to arrival, but took the time to chat over the phone so I could plan our stay- it was so helpful. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. You could see all the stars at night and go on some lovely hikes around the property during the day- it's right in Zion NP! There were also several nooks around the property to relax and find peace. Really a great place to stay and reset. Thank you Hank and Mariangela for sharing your place! We'll be back!

Hank and Mariangela were so accommodating and amazing! They make you feel like family not just guest. The property and home is an added bonus to what you will receive by staying at the villa. The most beautiful night sky's and sunrises I have ever seen. Our family didn't mind the 25 min. Drive into Springdale (Zion tourist area) because coming home to the Villa was well worth it. There is hiking and climbing out the front door. Horseback riding down at the bottom of the mountain. If I could give this rental 10 stars I would. We had 4 teenagers and 4 adults with our crew and the villa fit us perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out when needed. We will stay here again.

Our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids), had a fantastic stay at True North Zion Villa. Hank was the perfect host—on‑site but completely unobtrusive, always ready with great hiking tips when we needed them. The property itself was the highlight. We explored a cool cave and also an incredible overlook that became everyone’s favorite—easy walk, stunning views, and worth returning to for sunset. There are also plenty of great hikes along the road, so we only visited the main Zion entrance once. The home was cozy, peaceful, and very comfortable. The kids loved the drums and instruments, my wife loved the hot tub with its amazing view, and we all loved being surrounded by beautiful scenery. Highly recommend. We’d love to come back.

We have stayed at many Airbnb through the years, it has become our way to travel and the experiences have always been great. Our experience at Zion North Villa topped the charts and far exceeded our expectations and personal experience. It's like the perfect place let yourself immerse in nature, yourself and whomever you may be with. We had wonderful conversations with the host about the area, nature and just life in general, it's those rare occasions you know you left with a new friend. We look forward to our next trip..
