We absolutely loved our stay at the Riv! my kids loved the loft and the uniqueness of it. Everything was impeccably clean and new and service was great. Pool and hot tub are great too. Beds and pillows were so comfy we all slept SO well here. Perfect for my family of 5 that usually doesn’t fit in a hotel room. We also used Be Free laundry service to pick up and drop off our clothes and this was a huge help to have clean clothes for the rest of our trip! Would highly recommend staying at the RIV!!
I absolutely loved my stay here! The property was beautiful, well maintained, and located in a gorgeous area surrounded by such kind people.
What truly made this place special, though, was the incredible hospitality by the employees. Laberta, Skye, Donald, Tino, Melissa, and Donnea were all so welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay, and I couldn’t be more grateful. ❤️
Everything was neat and spotless, the complimentary snacks were a wonderful touch, and the house itself was lovely. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional hospitality!
Highly recommend staying at the Riv! The tiny homes are so great, super clean with fantastic amenities. The kitchen was huge and really well stocked with cooking supplies and new appliances. Loved the gift basket, what a special touch. The pool and hot tub were awesome and well maintained.
Location is ideal as it’s super close to Zion but also close to 15 and other hiking areas in the West side of the park. Super quiet at night but close to both La Verkin and Springdale.
Check in and check out were super easy and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
The Riv At Zion was very nice. Very roomy, super comfortable beds, nice TVs, and everything was very pleasing. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and amazing... we even used the outdoor bbq for dinner one night by the fire pit. Highly recommend for anyone or any family. We will be back eventually.
My family and I had an absolute wonderful and relaxing time staying here! I travel often and have stayed in many different lodgings but I was especially impressed with these houses. They were pristine clean, spacious, filled with amenities, and all beds (including the pull out mattress!) were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Beautiful inside and out. I really loved the quaint outdoor area to drink our morning coffee. The staff and service was excellent! Melissa was very accommodating and went out of her way to ensure we had the most enjoyable and relaxing stay. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future and highly recommended to all!
