Green Spring Golf Course delivers one of the most scenic rounds you'll find in southern Utah. The red rock formations create a dramatic backdrop that'll have you reaching for your camera between shots. This isn't just pretty scenery though. The course demands precision with water hazards, ravines, and elevation changes that keep even experienced golfers on their toes.

The layout rewards smart play over power. You'll navigate around ponds and across ravines while the back nine really shows off the desert landscape. Course conditions stay consistently excellent thanks to dedicated groundskeeping. Expect lush fairways and smooth greens that roll true.

The staff here gets it right. They'll get you out early if you arrive ahead of your tee time, and the pace of play stays reasonable even on busy days. Most rounds finish comfortably under four and a half hours.

Located in Washington, you're about 45 minutes from Zion's main entrance. It's the perfect way to mix up your southern Utah adventure with something beyond hiking trails. The views rival anything you'll see in the national parks, just with the added challenge of keeping your ball in play.

Golf course I would rate 10/10 but taking 2 stars off for poor customer service. I’m teeing off on the 12th hole and have enjoyed the round so far until Marshall met me. Watched me hit my tee shot, asked me how was it. I said it’s on the fairway then asked me am I playing 2 balls after my only tee shot. I’m ahead maybe 2 holes on the 2some playing behind me and I played the 18th hole in 3.5hrs. From a guy that usually don’t leave reviews…I had to. Very Disappointed! I cancelled playing sand hollow today cuz I read good reviews from this place. Is he pissy cuz he’s working 4th of July? Bro, be better. My son took video of my tee shot, stayed at the Marriott. St. George is a nice golf destination but think twice playing green springs golf course. Guy at the pro shop was very nice.

Came to St George with the intention of playing Sand Hollow as my “treat me” round and this course ended up being the highlight of the trip. By far in better condition than Sand Hollow and any other course we played in St George, the pro shop clerk was very accommodating and personable and the course has amazing views (2 canyon holes on the front 9) while also being challenging. You can’t just rip driver off every tee box which is a nice chance of pace. If I could give this course 6/5 stars I would!

Course is in spectacular shape. Busy day, got around in under 4h 30m, no complaints there. Incredible work to keep conditions as nice as they are. Scenery is incredible. Thank you to course staff for an enjoyable day.

Course in great shape as always! Some inclement weather made it play more difficult but was still beautiful! Has some very scenic holes! Especially on the back 9.

Fun course, somewhat difficult. Nice staff. The course was well kept, and the carts are great. I wouldn’t suggest it for a new player due to the houses and obstacles. Hole 6 is a wild challenge. Save your mully for it. 11 isn’t much easier. We enjoyed it though.
