The river is the issue right now, especially if you are on the heavy side. Recent flash floods have made a mess of the river and for those over 200lbs you will spend most of your time struggling to get moving because you are hung up on bottom or against rocks. My group still had fun laughing at my time on the struggle bus. The staff were very nice. Call ahead to check river conditions, especially during monsoon season!

Let me start off by saying that I left in legit tears. Don’t know if i booked the wrong day to do this but it was not the experience that was advertised. When instructed what was going to be expected, it was nothing like what was experienced. Getting lost in bushes, scrapes by rocks and those bushes. Multiples I had to get up and pull myself from those same rocks. Lost a sandal in the middle of the stream. I grew up in Mexico, the nature and river were not the problem, it was the lack of information and guidance on this tour. Truly, would never do this again. Disappointed when attempting to call and fix this.

I loved this. You’re given an inter tube and a stick with directions and sent on your way. I had the river to myself and it was beautiful. It is by no means a lazy river. A little adrenaline surrounded is peace. I would absolutely do it again!!
