You could at least have one or two real meat items on the menu for your loyal patrons and supporters who like a burger or a piece of salmon.

All-you-can-eat vegan buffet for just $5 per person with canyon views and rotating daily menus.
Five dollars gets you an all-you-can-eat vegan buffet that changes daily, plus unlimited coffee, tea, and water. The salad bar alone is worth the price (fresh veggies, quinoa, chickpeas, edamame, multiple dressings), but you'll also find rotating hot entrees like vegan chicken parmesan, hearty soups, and desserts. The menu shifts regularly, so each visit brings something new.
The outdoor terrace overlooks Kanab's red rock landscape. Get there around 11:30 when the buffet is fully stocked and you can snag the best patio tables. The staff is genuinely helpful and the whole operation has a warm, community feel.
Angel Village Cafe is run by Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, which explains both the plant-based focus and the welcoming atmosphere. You don't need to be vegan to appreciate what they're doing here. The portions are generous, the variety impressive, and honestly, where else can you get a full meal with drinks and dessert for five bucks?
Located in Kanab, it's a perfect lunch stop whether you're heading to Zion (45 minutes west), exploring the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, or visiting the animal sanctuary itself. The cafe proves that eating well on a budget is absolutely possible, even in a tourist town.

The view and the food was amazing ($5 for all you can eat vegan buffet!). I wish I could eat here every week! The day we came the menu was "Leftovers" so there was a wide variety of many dishes to try.
