All-you-can-eat Mongolian barbecue and hearty American fare in a historic country store setting.
Brink's Grill operates out of a beautifully preserved historic building that feels like stepping into Utah's past. The husband-and-wife owners have maintained the original country store character while creating a welcoming restaurant that draws travelers from across the region. You'll find gift shop items and convenience store essentials alongside the dining room, making it a true one-stop experience.
The star here is the all-you-can-eat Mongolian barbecue. Pick from fresh vegetables, quality meats, and sauces, then watch the cook work the grill with impressive skill. The meat comes out perfectly cooked, not overdone like you'll find at many buffet-style operations. A fresh salad bar rounds out the offerings, and the burgers get high marks too.
The owners make this place special. They genuinely connect with guests, sharing stories about the building's history and how they've worked to honor its legacy. The portions are generous (especially the desserts), and the service feels personal rather than rushed. It's the kind of place where you leave both satisfied and glad you discovered something authentic.
Glendale sits perfectly positioned for exploring both Zion's less-crowded Kolob Canyon section and the dramatic landscapes leading toward Bryce Canyon. Brink's makes an ideal lunch stop when you're covering ground between parks, offering substantial food and a glimpse into small-town Utah hospitality.

I have come to this place for breakfast and dinner passing through town and I love it here!! Their food is phenomenal. It’s fresh, made right in front of you. The owner and employees are very kind and welcome. They even recommended some hikes to go on. If you want fresh food and a break from fried food come here!!

Fantastic place for a stop in a road trip. We pulled in here, laughed at the concept of a AYCE Mongolian grill on the roadside of southern Utah, left to go find another place. We dug through all the many five star reviews and they convinced us to give it a shot. We turned around drove ten minutes back the way we just came. I’ve never been happier to be wrong before. It’s an excellent place, super fresh and clean. If your food tastes bad that’s on you for not putting together a better stirfry. It’s nice getting a break from the typical burgers, fried chicken, and fries of a normal road trip. Will be coming back here next time.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on Google during our road trip – and were absolutely thrilled. For just $20, you can create your own custom bowl with a wide selection of ingredients like noodles, rice, meat, and fresh vegetables, which is then freshly prepared on-site by the chef. You can also build your own burger to your exact specifications and have it cooked fresh to order. The quality of the ingredients was consistently excellent – everything was fresh and tasted amazing. We were particularly impressed by the diverse and exceptionally delicious sauces. We wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend this restaurant!
