Generally very good. I'd probably give it 5 stars next time when I get used to the Vroom system amd logistics a little better. The van had a problem with the right power side door, so we had to manually open and shut it which was a little difficult. Vehicle ran fine otherwise. Price was better than the others, too.

The customer service was amazing they were super flexible and understanding of the nature of travel or last minute issues that arise when having to travel. The cars were amazingly well kept, smelled great, clean, practically new and overall no bad experience there. My only one concern was how I used Google to look up unlimited mileage rentals and kayak lead me to vroom under the impression that I was still going to be getting what I had asked for. I didn't even realize I was on an entirely different website but this was my fault, though I wanted to point out how sneak and slick this was too. I don't think it was intended to misguide me but I wanna point out how confusing that was and how misleading it felt to me as someone who was looking for a vehicle with unlimited mileage specifically or a specific item. I think it would be very helpful if the system let you know you were traveling to another website completely unrelated to the original site you were on before doing anything to make it more apparent that you are now on something else that may have much more different results than what you had intentionally intended to look up. I ended up paying way more than I had intended to when renting things, granted it was still much cheaper than at a another rental place but that is also why I am not too mad, just more so upset with how things switched up is all. Just be really aware of security deposit and or if you have limited or unlimited mileage when you are about to check out. Otherwise, I sincerely highly recommend checking out vroom, they were very accommodating and willing to help at almost all hours of the day.

I don’t normally do reviews but this company deserves it and needs to know how they truly helped me! Fantastic easy service! I was visiting from out of state and stuck and they really saved me! They will have my business whenever I’m in Utah. Definitely deserves all the business!
