We loved shopping here for our souvenirs. The prices were reasonable and had something for everyone. We visited the bakery next store was great and we visited it twice. We tried the cookies, ice cream, and Bumbleberry roll. All were delicious!

I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but you really need to improve communication among your staff. We ordered two pies with ice cream from one employee. While that employee was preparing the pies, they suddenly disappeared. Then another man called us over and said he would help us with the ice cream order. Naturally, we assumed the ice cream automatically came with the pies, so we chose our ice cream flavors. Then another employee suddenly appeared and asked me if I wanted the ice cream separately. I thought that was simply an option, so I said yes. After that, yet another employee tried to charge us for two pies and two separate ice creams. When we clarified that we had ordered pies with ice cream, they told us that the ice cream would have had to be placed on top of the pies for that order, and blamed me for saying I wanted it “separately.” This was our first time here, how were we supposed to know that? If that matters, it should have been explained beforehand. None of the staff explained anything or apologized. They just stared at us and said the ice cream had already been put into cups. In the end, we had to pay separately for the two pies and the two ice creams. I don’t know why this process required four employees, but if that’s necessary, then the staff should at least communicate with each other. And if miscommunication leads to a mistake, don’t shift the blame onto a first time customer. An apology would have been appropriate. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
